The booking form may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, vehicle registration, vehicle make and model, preferred date, requested service and message.

We use the information to respond to your enquiry, confirm a booking, prepare for the vehicle visit, maintain workshop enquiry records and follow up on requested work.
Where it is processed
The website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Enquiry records may be stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and email notifications may be sent using Resend when those services are configured.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell website enquiry information. Information may be accessible to service providers used to host, secure and deliver the website and its notifications. Records are retained for workshop administration and then removed when they are no longer reasonably required.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about information submitted through the site or request a correction. Avoid sending sensitive payment, identity or health information through the general booking form.
